Sales information

1.1. The Terms of Sale apply to purchases made on the website saaracoaching.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) of Särama OÜ (registration code 14360995, e-mail address: Saara.arulaane [at] gmail.com). A consumer (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer) is a natural person who makes purchases in the Online Store.

1.2. The relationship between the online store and the Consumer is regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other relevant legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. The online store has the right to make changes to the terms of sale, which will be reflected on the page at saaracoaching.ee/muugiinfo/ .

1.4. Särama OÜ is the controller of personal data. The data necessary for making payments is forwarded to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

2.1. All prices listed in the Online Store are in euros and include VAT.

2.2. All products sold in the Online Store are digital and after receipt of payment, they are automatically sent by e-mail to the address of the Consumer who made the purchase. There are no additional delivery fees when purchasing digital products.

2.3. Digital products usually arrive at the Consumer's email within 1 hour after payment is made.

2.4. The online store has the right to make changes to the terms of sale. Changes will be posted on the website: saaracoaching.ee/pood.

3.1. To order products, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart.

3.2. To place an order, select “Place an order”. To confirm the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select a suitable payment method. Payment is made through Maksekeskus, using a bank link or transfer. Payments are made via erodes.

3.3. Before confirming the order, check the content of the order and the accuracy of the data and read the terms of sale.

3.4. The Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid into the Online Store's bank account.

3.5. The payment order is fulfilled automatically and the ordered product and invoice are sent to the Consumer's email address, usually within one hour.

3.6. If the ordered product cannot be delivered immediately, the Consumer will be notified as soon as possible and the amount paid will be refunded within 1–2 business days. Depending on the payment method, receipt may take up to 7 business days.

4.1. Since all products sold in the online store are digital, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the products. However, the consumer can contact the Online Store if the product does not meet the product description or has technical problems. Contact information can be found here.

4.2. If the Consumer is not satisfied with the purchased digital product, they should contact customer support at the email address Saara.arulaane [at] gmail.com to discuss possible solutions or a replacement product.

4.3. The Online Store is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the goods to the Customer if the delivery of the goods was delayed due to circumstances that the Online Store could not foresee or influence.

4.4. If the Consumer and the Online Store do not reach an agreement, the Consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The procedural conditions can be viewed and an application can be submitted here: Consumer Protection Board. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store. The review of the Buyer's complaint by the Commission is free of charge.

4.5. The buyer may turn to the European Union consumer dispute resolution platform.
